Returns Policy for Team Shop and Decorated Items:

At Ludus Apparel, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products being personalised, and as all our team shop items are tailor-made for specific teams, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our returns policy below for more information.

Faulty Items:

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item, we are happy to exchange it for you. Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
     

Non-Personalised Items:

  • For items without personalisation, we may consider exchanges if another order with the same product is available. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of the tracking showing the items as delivered. Approval is required, and if granted, the item must be returned to us within 5 working days. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. 
     

Requesting an Exchange:

  • In the above circumstances, please reach out to our customer service team. Clearly state the reason for the exchange, and if applicable, provide supporting information or images.
     

Exclusions:

  • We are unable to accept responsibility for personalization errors made by the customer, including mistyped information or mistakes in the order process. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
  • We do not offer refunds on any items.
